    Definitely, we welcome everyone who is interest in chocolate making to sign up for the course. And that is why we prepare a DIY pack for each individual.
  • 2.Can we sign up for our chocolate DIY course on site?+

    Although we offer chocolate DIY course every half an hour, each of our chocolate DIY course is still popular among our visitors.
    That is the reason why we recommend you to make your reservation through phone call or online platform in advance.
  • 3.What should I prepare for our chocolate DIY course?+

    Aside from a happy feeling and a personal camera, you don’t need to prepare for other things!
    During the chocolate DIY course, we will provide you with our handmade soft drink and handmade chocolate bar. After enjoying your dessert and listening to Nina’s professional guidance, you may start making different kinds of chocolates on your own.

  • 5.How do I preserve Nina’s chocolate to retain its wonderful flavor?+

    Upholding a business concept of nature and health, we do not add any additives or preservatives during our manufacturing process. All products should be cool preserved to maintain its high quality.
  • 6.How many days are there before Nina’s chocolate expires?+

    The shelf-life of Nina’s chocolate is 7 days. After receiving product orders from our customers, we make and mail the chocolate in accordance with the specifications provided in the order. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to eat all the chocolate within 5 days upon receiving your parcels.
  • 7.Can I ask for a product return if there is any defect?+

    If you discover any damage or defect to the product upon receiving, you may ask for a product return. Make sure to keep the product intact within 1 day, unpacked product is not acceptable. Please check the product condition on site once delivered by the express. Do not sign your name and notify us of the product conditions immediately. Once verified, we will deliver a new product to you.
    If you wish to return the product, make sure to keep all products, accessories, packages, and invoices completely intact and mail the parcel back to us within 2 days upon receiving the product. Once verified, we will help you with the product return procedure immediately. Those who fail to notify us of the conditions within 2 days upon receiving the product should be disqualified for product return.

    Phone Order
    If you want to place your order through phone call, please dial 049-2802988 and tell us about the specific product type, product quantity, and your basic information.

    Outlet Purchase
    Chingjing Outlet of Nina Chocolate provide our customers with on-site sampling and product selection.

    In order to ensure chocolate quality, product making and product delivery requires 2~3 days and 3 working days respectively.
    For large orders, make sure to make your reservation in advance (parcel collection / parcel deliver service is not available on Sunday)
    After confirming your order, we will deliver your product based on our working schedule.
    If you have special requirement for the delivery date, you may list it in the note column on the order form.
    Delivery service is not available on Sunday and we are sorry for all the inconvenience caused.
    Total fare for cold preservation and parcel delivery on a single tour cost NT$150.
    Those who make a $3,000 purchase at a time are exempted from this delivery fee.
